About G-Axios

Software built around your business.

We start by understanding how a business actually makes money, serves customers and absorbs exceptions. Only then do we choose the technology. That order is why our systems survive contact with real operations.

Engineering

We treat working software as the deliverable, with code review, automated tests and operational ownership built into how every project runs.

Product Thinking

We question the roadmap, not just the ticket, and look for the smaller release that proves the idea before the larger build.

Business Understanding

We learn how your revenue, margins and constraints actually work, so technical decisions reflect commercial priorities rather than abstract preferences.

Scalable Architecture

We design for the load, team size and change you expect next, avoiding both premature complexity and decisions that block the next stage.

Engineering principles

  • Boring technology where it lowers risk
  • One source of truth per business rule
  • Automate the release path before scaling the team
  • Measure performance before optimising anything
  • Write the decision down, including the trade-off

From problem to growth

engagement model
  1. 01

    Business Problem

We start with the operational pain and the commercial goal, not the technology preference.

  2. 02

    Strategy

We agree on scope, sequence and what success will be measured against.

  3. 03

    Architecture

We choose the system shape, data model and integration points before building.

  4. 04

    Product

We deliver in increments, testing each release with the people who will use it.

  5. 05

    Growth

We keep improving the platform as usage, data and the business evolve.

Typical first step

A two-week discovery with your operations leads, ending in a scoped architecture and delivery plan.

How we work

One integrated team: product, design, engineering and QA working in two-week increments with a working build at the end of each.

What we build

Solutions engineered for the work that matters

Eleven offerings, one engineering standard. Each engagement is staffed with product, design and engineering from the first week.

Custom Software Development

Tailored software built around your operating model, replacing spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one system designed for how your teams actually work.

Ktraj

Agricultural E-Commerce & Digital Platform

Ktraj replaces a supply chain coordinated over phone calls and spreadsheets with a single platform for listing produce, onboarding suppliers and processing orders. The storefront, supplier console and admin share one catalogue and pricing model, while commission and affiliate rules are applied automatically at checkout. Built as a demo, the system illustrates how agricultural marketplaces can digitise sourcing, fulfilment and settlement without losing the regional supplier relationships that make the trade work.

Our technology

A deliberately boring stack, run expertly

We choose tools with long support horizons and broad hiring pools. Novelty is a cost we only pay when it buys something measurable.

Frontend

The interfaces users touch. We build component-driven, accessible front ends that stay fast as features, teams and data volumes grow.

  • ReactComponent model for building interactive interfacesCore
  • Next.jsFull-stack React framework with server renderingCore
  • TypeScriptStatic typing across the whole codebaseCore
  • Tailwind CSSUtility-first styling with a shared design languageAdvanced
  • Framer MotionDeclarative animation for React user interfacesAdvanced

Legacy environments are supported too. We regularly work inside .NET, Java, Laravel and bespoke PHP estates — modernising incrementally rather than proposing a risky rewrite.

How we build

Six stages. No stage skipped.

A repeatable method that makes progress legible to the business, not just to the engineers. Every stage ends with an artefact you own.

  1. 01

    Discover

We meet the people who will use the system, map the current process, and agree on what success looks like in measurable terms before any code is written.

    Deliverables

    1-2 weeks
    • Stakeholder interviews
    • Process map
    • Success measures
    • Feasibility notes
  2. 02

    Architect

We turn requirements into a technical plan: system boundaries, data model, integration points and the trade-offs we are consciously accepting.

    Deliverables

    2-3 weeks
    • Solution architecture
    • Data model
    • Integration plan
    • Delivery estimate
  3. 03

    Design

Flows become screens. We design the interface, the states and the edge cases, then validate the important paths with the people who will rely on them.

    Deliverables

    2-4 weeks
    • User flows
    • Interface designs
    • Design system components
    • Prototype review notes
  4. 04

    Engineer

We build in short, reviewable increments with automated tests and continuous integration, so progress stays visible and the system is deployable throughout.

    Deliverables

    6-16 weeks
    • Production code
    • Automated test suite
    • CI pipeline
    • Increment demos
  5. 05

    Test

Beyond unit tests, we verify performance, accessibility, security and failure behaviour, including what happens when a dependency is slow or unavailable.

    Deliverables

    2-3 weeks
    • Test report
    • Load test results
    • Accessibility audit
    • Defect log
  6. 06

    Launch

We deploy to production, watch the metrics closely through the first days, and hand over documentation and training so your team can operate the system confidently.

    Deliverables

    1-2 weeks
    • Production deployment
    • Monitoring dashboards
    • Runbook and documentation
    • Team training session

Discovery and architecture are fixed-scope. Engineering runs in two-week increments you can pause at any boundary.

Typical engagement 3–12 months
Industries

Technology for every industry.

Domain context changes architecture. We bring prior patterns from your sector so the first draft is already close to right.

GEE AI Lab

Practical AI, shipped inside real systems

We apply AI where it removes measurable work — not as a feature badge. Every prototype is evaluated against a baseline before it touches production data.

System architecture

Designed as a system, not a stack of pages

Every reference architecture we ship separates edge, gateway, application and data concerns so each layer can scale, fail and be replaced independently.

  1. Users

    Web - iOS - Android

Web, mobile and partner clients reaching the platform over HTTPS.

  2. CDN

    Edge cache

Static assets and cacheable responses served from edge locations near each user.

  3. API Gateway

    Stateless - horizontal

Single entry point handling routing, request validation, quotas and version negotiation.

  4. Authentication

    OAuth 2.1 - JWT

Tokens issued and verified centrally, with scopes checked before any service is called.

  5. Application Services

    Containers - autoscaled

Domain services that own business rules and can be deployed independently of one another.

  6. Database

    PostgreSQL - replicas

Primary store with read replicas, migrations under version control and encrypted backups.

  7. Analytics

    Event stream - warehouse

Events streamed from services into a warehouse for reporting and product decisions.

  8. AI Engine

    RAG - async workers

Retrieval, model calls and evaluation running beside the core application, never inside it.

Independent failure domains

A degraded analytics pipeline never blocks checkout.

Horizontal by default

Stateless services behind a gateway, scaled on measured load.

Observable end to end

Traces, structured logs and SLOs from day one, not day three hundred.

Security by design

Engineered for the questions your security team will ask

Controls are designed into the architecture and the delivery pipeline — not bolted on at the end. We are happy to work to your threat model, not just ours.

Illustrative controls
Platform

Authentication

Multi-factor authentication, single sign-on and session controls verified at every request before any protected resource is reached.

Platform

Authorization

Role-based and attribute-based access rules evaluated centrally, so each user sees only the records their role permits.

Platform

Encryption

TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest, with key rotation managed separately from application code and access limited to managed services.

Application

API Security

Input validation, schema enforcement and signed requests protect every public and internal endpoint from malformed or forged traffic.

Application

Rate Limiting

Per-tenant quotas and adaptive throttling absorb bursts, protect downstream services and keep a single client from degrading everyone.

Operations

Monitoring

Structured logs, traces and alerts feed one operations view, so anomalies are detected and investigated before users report them.

Operations

Backups & Recovery

Automated encrypted backups with tested restore procedures and documented recovery objectives, exercised on a fixed schedule rather than assumed.

Responsible disclosure

Suspected vulnerabilities in any system we operate can be reported discreetly. We acknowledge reports within one business day and will never pursue a researcher acting in good faith.
