Every requirement is traced to a business outcome before it is planned. If we cannot name the outcome, we question the build.

Hiring process

Four steps, no puzzles

The process is designed to be predictable and to respect your time. We tell you the format and the timeline before each stage.

    Introduction

    A 30-minute conversation about the work you have done and the kind of problem you want next. No puzzles and no whiteboard algorithms.

    Technical conversation

    A focused discussion on a system you know well: the decisions, the trade-offs and what you would change with hindsight.

    60 minutes

  3. 03

    Practical session

    A short, realistic exercise in the domain of the role, completed with your own tools and followed by a collaborative review.

    2-3 hours

  4. 04

    Offer and references

    We discuss scope, level and compensation transparently, then take two references. You receive a written offer with the level criteria attached.
